Radio Romania Terms

These terms apply to the Radio Romania mobile app. The EastSide Development website has separate Website Terms.

Use of the app

You may use Radio Romania only for lawful, personal, and reasonable purposes. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or bypass app-store, subscription, advertising, or platform controls.

Radio streams

Radio Romania helps users discover and listen to Romanian radio stations. Radio streams are provided by broadcasters, public station directories, or other third-party stream sources. We do not own most radio content and do not guarantee that any station, stream, schedule, metadata, logo, or broadcaster information will always be available, accurate, or uninterrupted.

A station may stop working, become geo-restricted, change its stream, remove access, or provide incorrect metadata without notice. We may add, remove, or update station listings when needed.

Purchases and subscriptions

Some features may be free, ad-supported, paid, or subscription-based. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and trial management are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Their payment terms also apply.

App permissions

Some features may request permissions such as notifications, media, network access, or background playback. You can manage permissions in your device settings. Refusing a permission may limit some features.

Advertising and third-party services

Free versions of the app may include advertising or third-party services. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, ads, broadcaster pages, radio streams, app-store systems, or external services that we do not control.

Intellectual property

The app design, source code, branding, text, and original materials created by EastSide Development belong to EastSide Development or its licensors. Radio names, station logos, stream content, and broadcaster materials may belong to their respective owners.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, suspend, remove, rename, or change features, stations, pricing, or availability when needed for technical, business, legal, or platform reasons.

Disclaimers and liability

Radio Romania is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, EastSide Development is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, device issues, service outages, third-party stream failures, or external provider problems. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Privacy

The Radio Romania Privacy Policy explains how data is handled for the app.

Governing law

These app terms are governed by the laws of Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
